What they do is waste their money on a really expensive book that they don't need.The worst part about these books is that they are extremely boring and do not teach students how to write an essay, or why the text needs to be edited in the form of a non-fiction book that is formatted properly. There are people on the internet that sell the curriculum that you need for your first semester, and that includes narrative essay samples.Don't use what the college bookstore in your area or nearby sales are selling, because most of them don't provide you with the proper curriculum, and they probably won't even give you the materials that you need to write a paper, or anything that you need to know for your college career. I learned how to correctly use spell check, and I also learned how to read, understand, and edit.
